The WestLee is a mixed-use community made up of 128 residential condominiums and 1 commercial unit, comprised of five separate businesses.  The WestLee is located just a few blocks from the East Falls Church Metro Station.  

The WestLee Condominium was built in 2006 and was the recepient  of the Monument Award for Best New Condominium for 5-story and above.   Amenities include a beautiful party room with fireplace, exercise facility and outdoor plazas for residents to enjoy.

The WestLee was designed using green initiatives; such as the installation of the Otis Generation 2 elevators.  The state of art hoisting system reduces energy by 50%.  The WestLee has a light colored roof that reduces heat absorption into the building.  Each unit is equipped with engery star appliances.   The WestLee is proud to be An ENERGY STAR partner.
